1. Acceptance

By using Vendor Data Cleaner, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description

AI-powered tool that validates and cleans vendor spreadsheet data against templates. Provided by PhantomWorks Agent.

3. Lifetime Access

Lifetime = lifetime of the product, minimum 12 months guaranteed. Pro-rata refund if discontinued within 12 months.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI fixes may not be perfect. Always review cleaned data before importing into your systems. We are not liable for data issues caused by AI cleaning.

5. Data Handling

Data is processed in real-time and not stored. Do not upload data containing PHI without compliance.

6. No Warranty & Liability

Service is "AS IS". Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 3 months.
